Rating by category:
the location and facilities were first class, breakfast was well presented and the service in the restaurent first class
The Hotel staff was great and the Spa is one of the best for a four star Hotel, Mia is the Best, I give her and her staff an A plus.
My first room that was given me when I arrived had a musty smell. I told house keeping!!!!!. and staff and thay gave me a very nice room.
The staff's courtesy and friendliness. Excellent service, with a smile
It was fairly cold at this time of year and the A/C in rooms would not go onto heat mode, good job we had warm clothes!
Odd bathroom arrangement with toilet located in shower cubicle.
The staff were all exceedingly friendly and always tried their best to satify our needs.
The damaged pool table in the games room.
Staff were very attentive and helpful. Combined the option of going to the beach with also seeing Hoian, The availabitly of bikes to use was fantastic
The schedule foe the bus to town could have been a little more frequent
The friendly staff certainly made the experience and enjoyable one I would especially like to pass on a big thanks to the Hotel dining room supervisor Emily who was outstanding in every regard
Location was good, restaurants and shops close by.
The staff was very pushy, but helpful whenever we needed something. However, we asked them to book train tickets for us and they charged us more than 150% of the official tourist price, that is already higher than the local price. They pushed us in taking a taxi from the hotel to the train station what we did not as the price was double of what we paid going by taxi arranged ourselves. They offer some day trips in the hotel, also for double or sometimes more than double the price you are offered at booking offices. The light in our bathroom and the aircon were not working properly. The hotel bar was already closed at 11pm on Friday evening and the gym was really too rundown to use it.
The hotel staff were rude and lazy, and most of them did not speak English well, if at all, especially those working in the restaurant. At several points during our stay, we were actually lied to by the staff. In addition, the wifi access around the hotel was patchy. The shuttle service was erratic. The noise from outside the hotel was very loud in the rooms, and the housekeeping staff made lots of noise in the mornings. The pool towels were filthy and had many huge holes in them. The hotel restaurant was overpriced.
The staff at Hoi An pacific was exceptionel! Beach is realy nice.
From the minute you walk in you are made feel welcome by the wonderful staff....the bell boy , the reception girls and the staff all around the hotel.
Unfortunately the rooftop is under renovation - apparently getting ready for the upcoming storm season....of course nothing of that on the internet when you book....
Hotel was very nice. It's located about a 20 minute walk from the old town, however the hotel provides a shuttle service which can be handy for when your feeling lazy. Free bikes also available. Rooms were very comfortable. But the best part of this hotel has to be it's private beach which is simply stunning.
Prices are expensive for food, drink and laundrey services. However there are several cheap restaurants across the road which also provide a cheap laundry service. Also the shuttle bus timetable into town is a bit obscure. If you want to go into the old town in the evening you are only given the options of 5pm and 8pm.
The hotel was not too bad to stay , the breakfast was great nice food can't ask anything better than that
I could not believe it , there was a rats running around our room, my wife have to leave the room at 3.30am on our last night , also the hotel is called a 4 star but it's like a 2 star for me I was very dissapointed over roll in the hotel
I loved my villa room. It was huge with a separate seating area and overlooked the pool. I also enjoyed the well kept grounds and the front patio where you enjoy a cooling breeze, a good coffee, and watch the world go by.
The staff are very nice and the service very good.
