The hotel is located on the outskirts of town but only a fifteen minute walk to the centre, or you can take a taxi for cheap. the beach is also easily accessible, either by hotel shuttle or free bikes provided. the rooms are spacious and clean, with a great view of the pool. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious with a good selection. great value for money.

The wifi signal in the rooms can be weak at times.

Their service was superb. Within minutes of exquisite. Cam Chau district deserves your attention. We would come here again and strongly recommend this place to anyone👌

The staff were all very helpful, in particular, the reception. It's in a great location, half way between the old city and the beach, and they provided a shuttle bus to both, or the use of push bikes.

We just thought that if the prices in the restaurant were more comparable to those in town, we would have used the hotel restaurant more often. But the food was good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pool was beautiful and clean, and I loved spending evenings there. The staff were so helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the town or the beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast had a great selection. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great hotel, nice pool, in between town and the beach - the free bikes are ideal for getting around and the restaurant staff are extremely polite and attentive.

A great experience generally, but like all the other hotels outside the city centre, it's on quite a busy road - although the rooms don't face out onto that side which is fine....

Very friendly hotel here the staff are always ready to assist you. Hotel is about a 15min walk outside of Hoi An but the again most hotels in Hoi An are like this. The hotel provides a shuttle service into town and also to the beach, free of charge!! We did the trip to My Son through the hotel. It cost us $30 but we had our own private driver and when we got back from viewing the sights he had ice cold water and cold towels available for us.

One small detail was that the wiring was open at the back of the bed.

During my recent business trip, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. the room I stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable enough to have a good night's sleep after a long day of work. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay hassle-free. I also enjoyed the fitness facilities to exercise and relax, and the free breakfast offered, which was a tasty and convenient start to the day. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city center and accessing nearby attractions.

Limited dining options and not central location. Although I appreciated the hotel's location, it was not very central, requiring me to walk a bit or use public transport to reach some of the main attractions and restaurants.

We had a nice stay Laundry service was great! The pool was a nice place to relax after shopping. Overall, it was pleasant enough but be prepared to be scammed at every opportunity.

We were constantly surprised by the poor service of some front counter staff (rude, grumpy). Be careful that you don't get sucked in to the scam that drops you at the 'highly recommended' Managers wifes tailor shop - so convenient! Our room smelt mouldy but after being in there for a few minutes with the ac on we stopped noticing it.The food in the restaurant was probably the worst i've had in vietnam and would recommend eating elsewhere in town. Taxis will try and rip you off getting in and out of town (including the one the hotel recommends/uses) - be sure to negotiate before you get in.

Nice location, in between beach and old city.

The hotel was betwin town and beach and there was a schuttelbus we used for both places.Good breakfast. Good villaroom. Good staff.

The beach belongs to the hotel was dirty and the sunbeds was broken. The food on the Top restaurant has no quality and was expensive

Its shuttle bus to the towan was not bad but the frequency was very low especially at night.

For a 4 star hotel the hotel was not worth it. The buffet food was the worst I have had so far. No edible food. Very oily and unappetising. We were stuck in the elevator for 25 minutes. The staff had to resue us after almost 20 minutes of calling for help. The services were very average for a 4 star hotel and high rates. Not worth the stay.

The shuttle service provided by the hotel was a great convenience, making it easy to get to both the beach and the historic center. The hotel's location between these two areas was ideal, allowing for easy access to both. the nearby restaurants and convenience store made it convenient to grab a meal or pick up any necessary items.

The air conditioning in the rooms was not as strong as expected, making it a bit uncomfortable at times. the Wi-Fi signal in the bedroom area was weak, requiring guests to go to a specific area to successfully use the internet.

The location looked nice, with complimentary sun lounges set amongst a beautiful garden area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were very helpful and gave us great service, handling any problems we had in a professional and amicable manner. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar.

We highly recommend this hotel to all. It exceeded our expectations in every way possible.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years but I must say the service and the quality of everthing this hotel has to offer is exceptional.I will stay at this hotel everytime I am in Hoi an and would recommend this Hotel to everyone.Great job Pacific keep up the great work. I stayed in the Villa but the rooms are just as nice I treated myself normally I would stay in superior room. No matter which you choose your stay will be perfect at the Pacific.
